Centennial Hills Hospital is a member of The Valley Health System, a network of six acute care hospitals that provide care for patients throughout Southern Nevada and nearby communities. Located in northwest Las Vegas, the 262-bed hospital offers a wide range of healthcare services including emergency care, surgical services, cardiovascular and neurological care, women’s health, maternity and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, and specialty programs in stroke, chest pain, orthopedics, advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine, and outpatient physical therapy.
Leads, develops, implements and evaluates system and site based strategies and initiatives that focus on providing an exceptional patient experience for designated facility. Facilitates consistent messaging, training and measurement to create a patient and family centered culture.
Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
Five to seven (5-7) years experience in patient/customer relations which includes experiences in successfully developing and creating strategies to improve patient/customer experience. Two years of experience in a healthcare environment and Bilingual preferred.
Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Publisher software preferred.
Must have working knowledge of healthcare industry.
Nevada Notary License preferred
Possess strong customer service skills/interpersonal interactions; ability to handle difficult and angry people constructively; savvy enough to interact with physicians/senior leadership. Excellent analytical skills, including analysis, planning, organizing, and troubleshooting. Superior oral, written communication and presentations skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
